The production line is our companys NL-65x28-9 Nylon Extruder Line,the screw L/D ratio is 28:1,this line are suitable for nylon fishing thread,fishing line and brush fibre.The will reach about 1000 kg.
The Extruder Line consists of separate nine parts, It is :The Extruder Line(have metering system and cooling water box),the first Drafting Machine, the Hot Water Machine, the second Drafting Machine, Dual-duct Air Heater,the third Drafting Machine, Dual-duct Air Heater,the fourth Drafting Machine(have softening agent installation), No-separate thread Winding Machine
